My 10 year old daughter and her same aged step brother were cought playing doctor. I am unaware of how far the incident got but my biggest fear is could she have gotten pregnant. She has never had a period yet but I am unaware if there is a possibility of her actually getting pregnant

I highly doubt it. If she's ovulating and if he's able to produce sperm, and if that sperm somehow got inside her vagina there'd be a chance. But the chances of all of those factors occuring with 2 ten year olds is unlikely.

It of course is possible... The only way to actually know is to take her to the doctor and have blood tests done. Or you can have you pee in a cup at home and use a pregnancy test without her knowing.

I'm sorry to hear about it, but I hope all goes well.
