hey im 15 and have had itchy balls for a few years now and it is really anoying me... also i have had these pimple like bumbs around the top of my penis runing down to my balls and on my balls too, and im just wondering what is wrong with me and if i should go see a doctor or buy some creme or something.... any advice would be greatful!
really worried!!

Any time there is itching accompanied by a rash, I'd go to the doc.
