how many people have these bumps on their penis or sac, also known as fordyce spots/sebaceous prominence, i was just hoping to recieve some feedbak on to what girls think about them, and if u wuld freak out or nethin, i also wanna know how common they are so as can have some more confidence bout it all

help

having bumps on my skin balls and on the penis is it normal? it looks like small pinpoles.
