I personally am glad people get in trouble for drugs, I know if my child was doing drugs I'd want them to be sent to jail to get a wake up call, even though lots of people keep going back.

Nobody wants to see others on drugs. Not because they want to be "up their ass" but because they care. I can't really say that I CARE about lindsay lohan, but I wouldn't want anything bad to happen to her either.

I don't really have a problem with drugs per se. I don't care if people I don't know are coked up or whatever. I don't want my loved ones doing these things, though. It bothers me to the point where i feel sick about it. I think that she should go to jail for driving under the influence, and receive whatever type of puishment the general public would receive.

Tanya, I like you, experimented with tings back when i was young and I got out unscathed, but a lot of people don't get out unsscathed. I met some really frightening long-term professional junkies or acid freaks in my days, and I felt so sorry for them. i didn't want to end up like them. Then i had an appendix attack while I was on acid, and that was the end for me. Plus, I had a really hard time not ending up having a bad trip anyways. It freaks me out to be around people who are on hallucinogens or speedy drugs like coke. And don't get me started on meth, that stuff is awful.

Seriously I was pretty upset when her charges were dropped. It's honestly no fair one bit. These actress/actors who do stuff and get caught should get into trouble. I'm sorry "If you do the crime you do the time" I think that no matter if you are famous or not you should not be getting away with stuff. Like us people who aren't famous and do something like that or something differnet like Nicole Richies incident of driving drunk on the freeway at the wrong way. She could of honestly put herself or even someone elses life in danger. I don't see how they can only spend one day or two days in jail! Thats not fair justice should be served when they do something. Not just because they got the looks or the money!
They need to pay the consquences!

Guys, when you really think about it alot of young girls are let off easy on these charges when they go to rehab and show remourse and that they want to change. I know quite a few people who have gotten off much easier and there are tons of rehab facilities that are there for the exact same reason. Whether she was famous or not I believe she would have had the same results.

I would't feel as bad about these divas using coke or whatever if they just wouldn't drive under the influence. I think Lindsay Lohan has already had at least two car wrecks, not counting those running away from paparazzi.

I believe all of them have been caught late at night driving in possession while out clubbing. They are driving very dangerously and need to have their driving privileges reviewed or maybe it's going to take a death to get some action.

I can't believe the charges were dropped against Lohan. Why? Because she's famous or has a high-priced lawyer? As you can see, her stint in rehab was a bust and she has just about killed her own acting career. Pity, too, because she is about the only one of these vampires with talent.

I really don't think that she's that talented. MAybe as an actress, but I heard her sing at some awards show when I was pregnant and she was downright AWFUL!

She is going to die if she keeps this up. Honestly, prison would do her good.
