After a few minutes it seems to just go back down.

About the discharge. While masturbating a clear, real watery looking liquid came out. I've seen this before when I was younger and I've heard someone liquid sometimes comes out before actual ejaculation. Is this normal? Its only a tiny amount and its not off color or anything like that.
