during the last month my bf has faced a serious problem with his balls. till last month, we as plutonic friends just had a very limited type of relationship and even very scarcely had touched each other, but a month ago he very gently started to to touch my body , since he is a virgin and had never had sex , it was the first time that had such an experience.

since that time, whenever he touches me , or even thinks about the pleasure of touching me, his dick gets errected and his balls swell, consequently he feels a greatttttt pain in his balls by which he can not sleep. how is it possible to stop such a pain during sextual imagination or touch?

(his pain stops only after ejaculation by masturbation and it is not possible for him to have masturbation whenever he thinks about having sex with me, which makes his balls get swollen, because it happens even 4 times a day , even when he is at work).

i am desparately worried about him, and am afriad that he has a dangerous type of didease. please guide me about the source of the pain and the cure for it.

He needs to go to the doctor. It shouldn't hurt. I couldn't tell you what causes it, but I know it's not normal or healthy! See a doc.
