I feel like a complete baffoon for even posting this, but how am I supposed to calculate my cycle? I never relaly had to do this before, thanks to the pill. So here goes. Let's say I started my cycle last time on the 24th of july, and stopped on the 3rd of August. Then i started again today, August 22nd. How many days is my cycle? Where do I start counting? From the first day of the last til the first day of this one, or what? I am confused. It seems like I am too early to have aunt flo visiting again already, but then again i do enjoy the time away. Please help me discover the mysterious ways of my own stoopid china. Tanks!

It's from day 1 of your period till day 1 of your period again. This way, one full period is included in the cycle.

Supposedly, 14 days before your period is when you ovulate. for about a week around this day are fertile days: 3 days before, the day of, and 3 days after.

Yeah the first day you bleed is always day 1. It took me a long time to figure it out because my cycle is always longer than most people.
