I have heard that these globs are very normal. You're still going through puberty, things change. However, if you are worried, and this is a sudden change, please go to a doctor. It could be an infection - not an STD of course unless you've been having sex - but there are many things that can happen to dudes.

I have the same problem, everytime I go to the doctor they say its fine. I know better and I know its not normal. They say its fine because they have no clue of what it is and not one doctor has ever told me they would do some test to figure it out.
