Stretch Marks Posted: 08-21-07 23:37pm
First of all, sorry for all the posts... I
never thought that I'd have sooo many
questions about pregnancy 2nd time around.
I have a few stretch marks,
extremely faded now... but I was just
wondering if with this pregnancy those
marks will give this baby the extra room
to expand or will I more than likely get
more stretch marks, since my body is prone
to them? Any experiences w/stretch marks?
I imagine the ones I have will slowly
start darkening as I get my baby bump.

My first pregnancy I got a ton of stretch
marks. Big fat ones. My second pregnancy
there was no change in them. You will only
get more marks if you get larger than you
were before.

For my 1st pregnancy i didnt get any
stretch marks besides on my inner thighs
but for this pregnancy so far (34.4 weeks)
i got 2 little stretch marks on my
tummy... i think it depends on how you are
carrying your weight...

i think it really depends on the baby and
how you aer carrying. if the bump is
bigger than your other pergnancy your
bound to get more stretch marks and if you
get bigger elsewhere your bound to get
stretchmarks there aswell.

Thanks! Anyone also know if eating is the
main factor in how your baby grows, your
weight heightens, & his/her final
birth weight? Just out of curiousity,
& to improve health-wise this
pregnancy.

well you should definatly eat healthy so
that the babies body and organs cen grow
at their best! you gain weight during
your pregnancy that is the placenta, the
baby and the fluids. and then some women
gain extra pounds as well but all women
are different!!!!!!!!
