Small White Bumb Just Below the Head of Penis.

Theres a very small white bump just below the head of my penis, i was able to pop it a couple times thinking it was a pimple and white puss came out. Now its still there and it cant be popped. There is no pain what so ever and there there seems to be a small whole near the center. I think it may be a blister or something and the whole is were it broke and now it just needs time to heal but I'm not sure.
