I noticed that my penis is more sensitive on the left side. Its a perfect split of sensitivity down the middle so its not like a little spot on the left side, its the whole side. Even when i orgasm, i can only really feel anything from the left side of the tip to the left side of the pelvis. The right side does has feeling but its more like a normal feeling on any other part of your body.

Are you circumcised? That could be an explanation for the loss of sensitivity on the right side of your penis.

yeah, i am. And i also noticed that the scar is more vivid, deep, and larger on the left side, and the scar gets irritated easily. I know that circumcision, can lower sensitivity (I really hate my parents for doing it when i was a baby with no choice in the matter because of that fact). So maybe because the circumcision was just slightly uneven that effecting the sensitivity on that one side. Would that effect the sensitivity directly on the head though?

A baby's penis is very small and the foreskin is actually ripped off of the head in order to get clipped, so it's very possible that it affected the head too.
