I have 2 children (15 & 9) & never breast fed either but on occassion I have had a milky discharge (still get it at times) so I don't think you need to worry about that!!
But

you do need to consider your weight issue, you say you're 10lbs under weight, which depending on your height, general fitness, sleeping, etc etc may not be a huge worry but still I would keep an eye on it & consider why you've lost so much weight - most mums of young baies don't lose so much in just 9 months (after all you I assume have also lost the weight ou gained during prengancy as well as the 10lbs?).
There are many reasons for weight loss, illness, stress, overdoing it(certainly possible with a first child!!) medications (including the pill?) things like auto-immune diseases which can mimic each other but the one my daughter (15) has is irritable bowel syndrome (she was fine until she went to italy on a student exchange, her diet & lifestyle totally changed & she lost so much weight we almost lost her, until she discovered (after a wrong medical diagnosis of anorexia nervosa - what garbage she was eating like ahorse!!) that she had irtritable bowel syndrome, went on the diet & within 6 weeks has gained 25lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!
Everyone is different but do some research on the net as to what can cause weight loss & decide what seems to fit you & then find what you need to eat or not eat (for my baby it's potato, sweet potato, corn, bread, pasta, rice, complex sugars etc but you need to check what might work for you).
There are also lots of great recipes out there (many easy quick ones for a busy mum too) that might tempt you to eat more or more healthily or just richer foods or a different diet plan if you decide that's what your problem may be. Try searching sites of recipec, cooking forums, different cooks/chefs etc have sites with their recipes, many of which are reallly easy - britain's: the naked chef is one.
