Q: Pseudoxanthoma Elasticum

Hi there, i was just wondering if anyone out there has Pseudoxanthoma elasticum or PXE for short a rare genetic disease which causes your skin to loose its elasticity and affects the eyes, skin and heart. I feel like im the only one who has this.

I just found out that a very good freind of mine has this. She is 30 and had the marks on both sides of her neck for years, Finally had it biopsied and found out it is PXE

Hi i found i had pxe when i was 33 i have very bad skin liasions on my neck and underarms,i am now 39 and have lost part of my sight eye checks are a must as it happens so quickly.
