Test
Hi,
You can buy an inexpensive glucose monitor and test your blood sugar when you are feeling that way. It doesn't always tell you if you have hypoglycemia though. I've found that even though my blood sugar is not low, it is sometime how fast it drops that gives you the symptoms.

Try Stan's diet and if it helps it will let you know you have blood sugar problems. It can't hurt to cut out some of those bad carbs anyway and maybe you'll feel better, but be prepared for it to take a while.

Yes, a doctor has to order it.
