Are you eating foods that might provoke migraines? Drink lots of coffee, stimulants, etc.? Might help to get rid of those things.
Also, what kind of stressors are in your life now? What's going on...b/c if you can minimize the stress on your nervous system, you might also eliminate the migraines. I tend to believe that the body manifests something that's happening in the psyche. Migraines seem to be a way for the brain to signal to you, WHOA! SLOW DOWN! Give me some rest.
Also, would you be open to trying some yoga exercises daily? I have some ideas to share.
