I had an ultrasound done and my doctor advised me that my left renal pelvis was "full" so she wants to repeat the ultrasound again in one month.

What is the meaning of having a "full"renal pelvis?? Is this an early symptom of kidney cancer?

Thank you

I think she's talking about enlargement of a kidney as a result of urine collection in the renal pelvis that can lead to obstructive nephropathy , caused by anatomic occlusion (e.g., by stones) or by failure of the peristaltic mechanism, that conducts urine from the kidney to the bladder.
Ask her for sure next time and i don't believe it's a symptom of cancer.
