Omg I have been having chronic sinus infections!!!!! I am sick of taking prescriptions so I started taking herbal meds. They help alot and cure me, but what the heck is wrong. Why do I keep getting them? Isn't there a surgery they can do? Is something more wrong w/me??

When I was in high school I would get a sinus infection once every 2 months like clockwork (it was like having another period) but what I would do is take claritin d (its now available over the counter) in the day time since it keeps you awake. And at night sleep with a fan or ac to dry out the air and keep a towel wrapped around my neck. Go see your doctor too, it can be that you are just prone to it

Pretty much as stated above, you should probably use claritin (my daughter takes the prescription one, her allergies are insain) and a dehumidifier.

Omg
Ok so I said that claritin is great for sinus infections, but I found this article and I got really scared, but it turns out there is nothing to worry about but read it anyway, I am soo sorry if I gave bad advice especially to someone who is pregnant
