Q: Dont't Quite Understand

about 2 days ago I went to the bathroom and when I wiped it (my anus) kind of hurt. Of course now the pain set in and although its not bad there is also a little bulge now on my anus as if there is something that wants to come out. Is my intestine coming out I don't know but its really freaking me out. Please someone help.
