Q: Testicular Pain Question

Hi all,

i want to ask a question about something that I dont know if it is normal or not. When I get to fool around with a girl i.E. For a couple of hours but not have sex afterwards, then my testicles hurt, not very much, but nevertheless it hurts. Why does this happen?!?!? Is it normal or do I have a problem?

I know your question is a bit old but. . . In slang it's called blue balls. It's a condition that is very common in men. You get all worked up and nothing happens. The easiest way to relieve yourself of this problem is to go home and spank the monkey. There's no shame!

testicular pain

in left testicular when touched, it all so seems like there is another solid what ever next to the left testicular is that part of it as it shows in photos, there is something else besides two "balls"
