More specifically what is safe for pregnant women to take for gas?

Check with your doc to be sure, but my OB told me I could use Gas-X during pregnancy. I've used it a few times for really bad gas trapped on my stomach.

Check with your doctor always. It is not good to take anything to avoid from having gas...if that makes sense. It will only make everything worse if you clog it up. hehe
