maybe bilateral, august 29. Have some respiratory problems probably due to former very heavy smoking. ct scan report says "increase in lung volume & flattening of the hemidiaphragms & increase in retrostarnal airspace." but i do walk 3 miles daily in about 50-55 minutes. concerned with co2 inflation during surgery & its effect on compromised lungs. also with possible general anaesthesia problems. thanks for any help
