I'm wondering what this pain is below my left shoulder blade, yesterday I woke up and felt fine, at around 11am the top of my left arm started to hurt, that soon went away but I noticed a pain below my shoulder blade, I have to move position often when I sit down or I get the pain. I can't really describe the pain it's not a sharp stabbing pain not is it a constant pain (unless I don't change my sitting position) and it's not an unbearable out of this world pain pain pain but it's making me feel like an old man. Maybe something about me can help you give me some information, I'm 15 and I'm male. I am kind of active, but when I stay in I am on my computer all day but haven't ever noticed any other pains like this or any pains as a result of the computer chair etc. I'm a skinny lad but am not unhealthy. My parents have noticed that I am shooting up in height and putting weight on, I do often get growing pains so I wonder if this is a growing pain? Please could you give me some possible answers. I tried lookingo n the net but I have no idea what it could be, some websites say things like arthritis, I can't have that!

Thanks Wink.

No, don't think it's arthritis. Which hand is your dominant hand?
