Hi, I'm new to these forums. I hope someone can help me and maybe someone else out there.

I currently deal with ear cracking in my right ear. It has nothing to do with my jaw, but all I can figure out is if I eat anything with chocolate, too much sugar or even vinegar, my right ear cracks and pops. My ENT says everything is normal. If I hear cracking sounds before I go to sleep, I use white noise that I designed using Audacity and an MP3 player. Does anyone else know of anything like this?
