Small Spots On Foreskin

Ok if there around the base like in that image then there normal if they are on the foreskin im not sure what that is maybe hair follicules?

Im saving you from a lot of pain here if you have papules like the image above dont try either of these stupid things i tried before i realised that they where normal...

Asuming it was a spot and squeezing it it hurt for a hell of a long time afterwards...

Trying to cut one off (nail clippers) not only was it the most painfull experience in my life the thing grew back in a week...
