I am 34 years of age and last monday I woke up with a dull pain in my stomach. The pain went throughtout the entire day. I felt like vomitting and very nauseas. I usually do not use the bathroom more than twice in a week and lately I have been to the bathroom very often since I started with this pain in my stomach. My stomach is always bloated no matter what I eat. I look pregnant and I am not. I have also experienced lower back pain. I have always been constipated before this episode and when I do use the bathroom I feel like I never really finish completely. What is going on. Someone please help
