Get checked out and if it is anxiety or depression you may want to look into cbt. I'm in the ninth week of my cbt group and weaning off drugs and feeling great. The two books we are using in my group are really good and I would recommend them both highly: been there, done that? Do this! By sam obitz and mastery of your anxiety and panic-third edition by michelle craske and david barlow if you suffer panic disorder as well like me.

If cost is an issue re meds & dr, try looking into alternative natural solutions like sam-e, 5htp (tryptophan) & valerium tabs.

Cbt, cbt, cbt Laughing many free or inexpoensive resources available too. I also love the obitz book. Take care!
