Hello Doctor,

I have had sex with 16 girls during last 7 month and mostly unsafe sex i.e. without using condom. Now I wonder whether I have affected with HIV because I have been seeing rashes inside the mouth for the last 4 months. But it would endure only for 5 or 6 days then it would disappear. It comes again when I have sex again with a girl and it will endure again 5 or 6 days.

But the rash which I have mainly comes in the tongue. But not severe rashes. When I searched for "rashes in mouth" pictures in Google. I found very severe or dangerous rashes. But for me the rash is a light one just like a very tiny round shaped and red in colour.

Do you think most probably I have been affected with HIV?

There is no reply so far. So, I guess, I am infected with HIV and I am going to die soon may be after 10 year.

You did not post the question to the doctor, you posted it in the forums for everyone to answer.

As for you question, considering how much unprotected sex you have had HIV is a very real possibility as are many different STD's. No doctor can diagnose you anything until you have been to a doctor and had the appropriate tests done.

Long story short, wear a condom and get tested.
