From Kia's very useful Info Post (Here:
http://ehealthfor
um.com/health/topic76600.html ) I
quote;
4. You can get pregnant while on your
period
..I don't know about the birth control
question though. It does say this;
21. Birth control is only 98-99% effective
if taken 100% correctly
When you stopped taking them, was it
because of the 'filler' pills that are
there so you could have your period? If so
the chances are probably low for you to be
pregnant.
I know how birth control works. Seeing as
you stopped recently, though you may have
ovulated already (even though you're just
now washing out the last egg..) your
uturus' linings may be too thin for the
egg to attach to. That, and with the blood
and shedding (your period) I don't think
it would be easy (even if it is possible)
for the egg to attach to you and make you
pregnant. This last bit is only a thought,
but don't worry.
Worrying is the worst thing in the world.
Just wait, relax, know the chances are
probably low, and test later for certainty
if you need a bit of help calming down
before your next period.
