What kind of medicine does your doctor prescribe you for the fissures? And is this the same for fistulas? The only option they gave my husband was surgery and we're looking for more information.

juice for his anal fissures, and they healed. He didn't
go for surgery.

You should get the inner gel extracts or concentrate.
Those made from the leaf contain the anthraquinone
called aloin, which is a strong cathartic, are are meant
to be used as a short-term laxative.

I think two to four tablespoonfuls a day should be enough.

Just FYI --- the taste of the fluid itself is pretty nasty, so gelcaps might be a better option. We bought some aloe vera last year, and it must be ingested pretty quickly and the taste is pretty awful.

i had a fissure a few years ago and was in pain for a month it was hell and i tried everything, and one day i went to see a doctor from india he gave me the answer
and i was fixed in 24 hours and no problems since! i was completely healed and pain free in 2 days i was amazed because i previously was told it could go on for months or years without an op, if anybody wants to know what cured me just post a message the cure is very easy to get and very cheap at the chemist shop over the counter no prescription needed and it works fast and no pills or medicines or other stuff you have to take either

simple cure for fissure

1 go to chemist buy manganese permangenate a small jar very cheap sometimes known as condees crystals,

2 mix the crystals with water until the color of ink approximately a teaspoon of crystals and just add water slowly until it is like a pale ink

3 take the nozzle off a haemorhoid cream tube the applicator which is used to enter your anus

4 wrap a sterile piece of linen or handkerchief around the applicator so it is wrapped around the tube

5 take a condom and make lots of holes in the sides of it all around and then
apply vaseline around the condom

6 now dip the applicator with your cloth around it in to the crystals until soaked

7 then slip the condom over the now well soaked cloth

8 insert the condom covered applicator in to anus a short distance and wiggle it about the liquid manganese permanganate escapes the condom and in to the fissure

9 i did this twice over a period of 2 or 3 days and was cured completely the
manganese permanganate stains the fissure and movements dont stop it doing its work of healing

10 my doctor didnt tell me how to do this he only pointed me to using manganese permanganate and sit in it which was very ineffective so i worked out this method myself after much thought,

11 i suggest anybody reading this to consult a doctor first before trying it but i can assure you it works and i hope it brings releif to anybody out there suffering
because i could not put my foot down or cough without being in agony so beleive me i know your pain, get advise from a doctor and get the exact measure for crystals to water solution mine was hit and miss

I am a little confused about the way you applied this liquid. What did you put the liquid in so that it would come out of the hemroid applicator? I can't put a picture to this method

is it good to apply aloe vera gel?
