Q: Tongue Problem?

Hi,

I have some strange bumps on the back of my tongue, I see one on each side although it is very difficult to see if there are more because it is way back. I found them out 3 months ago but like it didn't and doesn't hurt, I though was something temporarly, like an inflamation or something. Now I am starting to worry about it because has been more than 3 months and there are still there. As I said, it doesn't hurt but is strange. Does anyone has an idea of what that could be?

I have posted a picture in the following URL:

Thanks so much

You mean the big round ones right?

Well, tongues are bumpy things and so is the throat. I don't know if they are normal for you or not. If you are worried, I suggest talking to your doctor and having him take a look.

Yes Eiri, the big rounded ones. In the picture you can see one on the left and the other one on the right (not too clear to see the one on the right).
Thanks a lot Eiri for your reply.
