Q: Connection Between Sexual Abstinence And Libido

Hi,

i'm curious if there is a connection between sexual abstinence and low sexual excitability/libido. Or, more practical, will my libido go down within the foreseeable future, if i'd stop all sexual activities?

Probably not much, if at all. I was abstinent for years and I did not notice any significant change in my libido.

I would have thought this would have worked the opposite way the longer you go without it the more you want it Wink
