Eye Muscle / Lazy Eye Problem

Hi,

I am 23 years old and live in the UK and i have had a lazy eye for most of my life when i say lazy i mean that my eyes are slightly misaligned although many people say my eyes do look straight when looking straight on. The problem arises when i turn to look right in which my right eye does not turn right t all and seems stays in the same fixed position straight position looking straight. For information the vision in my right eye is good.

I am wondering what treatments are available for this to correct it and hopefully help train the weaker muscle in my right eye to turn the eye to the right?
