Q: Swollen uterus but no sac, now slight bleeding.

I have most symtoms, heavy and lumpy breasts, gas and bloated,
stomach has a bump.
My scan revealed my uterus was swollen and no sac. Doctor suggested I wait and revisit month end.
Today I have slight bleeding, I am very worried as I did have a miscarriage previously and really want a baby.
Has anyone had a similar experience?
