Help! I have a transformed migraine that
has lasted 4 weeks! I had IV D.H.E. this
week, but the headache and nausea are
persistent. Does anyone have experience
with this? Anything to recommend? I can't
function!

Had an MIR - no concerns there. Also had
lots of blood tests to rule out
meningitis, tick-born diseases, etc. Now
seeing a neurologist - hence the IV d.h.e.
Just finished that Thursday. Yesterday -
back again in the afternoon with a
vengeance!

Hi,
I'm new the forum.I've dealt with
migraine problems for years. Are you on any
meds,beta blockers,given any abortive med
for home?
Has your neuro had you keep a pain
diary,maybe try to track any
triggers,food,stress.
I've kept one.But my migraine attacks
became transformed.I am never without pain
and I have found no triggers. But I do know
there are many meds out there for migraine
and alot of various comb of meds to help
prevent them.I keep dramamine for
nausea. There are times I've had to take it
just to stop vomiting during a really bad
migraine attack so I could go to the er.
That's probably the last thing you want
to hear.I know with me,I am at my wits
end.But everyone is different.I hope your
neuro can help you.I had a good one,but he
moved.Best wishes
