well, basically im a girl that has masterbated before my period has ever come yet. will this stunt the time when my period will come for the 1st time?

Masturbation will not effect your period in any way. Many people masturbate before puberty. After puberty, women may masturbate before, during, or after their period. It will not make any difference.
