I have a question for a professional. I need help. ok for the longest time like 10 plus years i haven't wore underwear unless i have too like when i have my period or with a skirt . I just got int the habit of throwing on clothes with out them. I usually wear loose fitting clothes anyway so just seems more comfortable. well now that i'm older i realize the no underwear thing an't cute anymore and i would like to start wearing them everyday. But i realized the reason why i stopped wearing them was because i am constantly wet down there and it gets on my underwear. I was always so grossed out by that like if i was going to be intimite with someone and discharge is on my underwear before the fore play even started. I was wondering if anyone else is have this problem how do i dry up? I don't want to have to wear a pad with my clothes everyday. Help!

That's normal. Discharge is how the vagina stays clean and healthy. So most women do notice discharge in their underwear. There's nothing gross about it. If you're going to be intimate with someone, he should not be grossed out about it either. Without discharge, sexual activity would be difficult or impossible.

Guys find wetness a turn on-- it's like the female equivalent of an erection. No, that doesn't mean you're always horny- discharge all day is normal. But just making the point that the guy probably won't mind or even notice.
