I am a sufferer of TMJ and have noticed that sometimes when I am in dim light that my pupils seem to be different sizes, this is only occasional and seems to occur more when my TMJ pain is at it's worst. Would be interested to hear if anybody relates?

I have never noticed if my pupils were dilated differently or not. I also don't remember anyone ever mentioning this in any other support site or even articles and books I've read. Interesting. I do believe, tho, that I might have read that migraines might cause pupil dilation difference. Not positive, tho.

My one eyelid droops a little more than normal when I'm in a lot of pain. I've also had problems with blurred vision, sensitivity to light and just general painful eyes. Have you mentioned this to your doctor? I'd say that you should mention this to your doctor but if you have TMJ, they usually just dismiss it. But maybe not.

God bless...
Carol
