i know this part of the forum has to do with losing weight. However i want the opposite result. I am an 18 year old male weighing around 120, to me i think that is too lightweight. I am open to any suggestions to gaining weight. I'm not looking for drastic changes.
I am also very athletic. And im not sure if i have fast metabolism.

You can try higher calorie foods and weight training. Do lower reps and heavier weights. You will notice in increase in strength and you can up the weight after some time, or the number of sets and you will fill out alot more.
