Hi, im 15 and have a BMI of 30... witch isn't too good. What can i do to get my BMI down?

a lot of exercise
regular healthy meals

green tea and spinich both help your metabolism increase.

healthy regular food + exercise really.

Thanks benc152 for your advise to gibbo .. I feel that your query may be best positioned in weight loss forum ...there will be plenty of support and advise in there to help you decrease your BMI ..
