Did I Just Miscarry? Will We Be Able to Have Children? Help! Posted: 08-16-07 20:19pm
I figured I've been fighting a flu of some
sort for the past two weeks or so, as I
have a Mireana in and it's 99.98%
effective... 1:1000 likelihood of
conception.
While using the washroom today, I passed a
small white.. thing.. with some red in it.
(If you curl your pinkie, make it really
small, add a red streak to it, and incase
it in a less opaque white - thats sort of
what it looked like.) Was this a verry
small fetus?
I no longer get my period, as a side
effect of the Mireana, and don't know
whats going on, how to feel, or what to
tell my boyfriend.. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP
ME!!!
My boyfriend and I had sex last night; we
don't use condoms because there
uncomfortable for him and my birth control
is spose to be 99.98% effective. So I
thought perhaps I happened to be spotting,
and the white stuff was his excess juices
being expelled - however theres been no
other red stuff/ blood and (this may sound
gross) after I clean up after sex the only
remaining seamen comes out like liquid -
not in a clump... *worried* ...and the red
stuff was in two little lines.... like
they were main arteries or something - am
i just being periniod and over anylising
this? What should I tell my bf? I don't
even know whats going on.... n I haven't
checked the strings in like half a year,
but it doesn't feel like its moved or
anything..
would a doc be able to tell if i recently
miscarried? This happened around one today
and I've been worrying ever since.... I
had one live pregnancy before (diff
father) but gave her up for adoption
because of the circumstance, anyway I know
I can have children but what if our genes
aren't compateable? He may have gotten a
girl preg b4 n she miscarry (we're not
sure if she was lying) if he has a history
of miscarried children would that effect
our chances of having children? help??!

I'm not saying it's impossible, but this
probably was something else and not a tiny
embryo.
You yourself can find out if you were
pregnant. If the embryo was large enough
to be seen, then you will have enough HCG
(the pregnancy hormone) in your system to
be detected by a urine test.
I've never heard of anyone's genes being
"incompatible" We're all humans,
our genes are supposed to be compatible.

One miscarriage definitely doesn't doom
your future pregnancies.
