Okay, well i noticed tiny red dots on the sulcus of my penis about 2 days ago. I'm a virgin so its not an STD is it an infection or is it normal for all males? Please help!!!!!!

I think iv go the same thing , i got lots of them spearding around my forskin and a few going down more and wen i like go the suwese them it feels like somthing is in it. i have nocluse if its the same but yh still would like info
