It was a while, but I don't remember exactly how long. Jaylon's fell out when he was just over 2 weeks old and it bled and weeped for a couple of weeks. Just keep putting the alcohol to it and make sure it's extra dry. As long as it isn't hurting little Brianna I'm sure it's fine.

okay i meant to say pussie like there is a lot of puss. oh well i think you know what i meant, and yeah it doesnt seem to be bothering her i just dont want her to get an infection or anything and we still have 3 weeks before she goes to the doctor again.

are you submerging her for baths? finn's was a little yucky for awhile after his stump fell off and i just continued to sponge bathe him until it was completely healed.

4 weeks seems like a long time for it to still be weepy. maybe you should call the nurse just to see what they say.

Laughing Laughing That was pretty funny. I was trying to figure out what you meant by vagina but now I can see why this system did that from saying "pussie". Related to the cord, I personally would call the doctors and talk to a nurse.

How are you doing?? Are you getting sleep?

when i bath her her tummy is never under water.. we have one of those baths with the little hammocks that she sits in above the actual tub so her butt and back is in a little water but never her stomach..

im going to go ahead and call. its not infected or red or anything like that it just pusses closed all the time.
