I'm 21 years old and I weigh about 130 about 5'11" i just want to get on some multi vitamin but dont' know what is a good brand or kind for me?? could you guys suggest a good one that i can get?? thanks

I took Essential Vitamins from YOR. It is good to me, it contained 100 Mg of CoQ10, you can do your won research about CoQ10, what it can do for you.
