Trouble With Leg Spasticity Posted: 08-15-07 14:40pm
I am having problems with the muscles in
my left leg "tightening" and it is causing
me severe discomfort. I take a very mild
muscle relaxer now; but it no longer
helps. I can't get me neurologist to do
anything else for me. I have tried
stretching (which helps only for a
moment), sports cream, and even a heating
pad. Nothing is helping. I can't even
get a good night's sleep because of this.
Does anyone have advice on something else
I can try? Thanks - T

Baclofen, works wonders..I take 3 every
evening before bed...no longer wake up in
charlie horse like cramps
