Something else that might help with charlie horses is bananas. Lots and lots of bananas. Throw one into a blender with some Hershey's syrup and some milk, or with some chocolate Carnation Instant Breakfast mix. You might be low on potassium if you're having lots of muscle cramps.

well i think i actually NEED the calories
i weigh 105 right now and im 23 weeks 4 days...i weighed 99 at the beginning of my pregnancy so i havent gained much weight Sad
