ive been having severe constipation for the last month, weight loss, frequent urination, rapid pulse, fatigue, and when i do try to defecate there is a slight whitish discharge from my anus when i wipe. do you have any idea what this could be? im only 17 and my grandmother just recently died from colon cancer so i am extremely worried!
