Q: Can't Sleep In My Room W/o Panic Attacks

I can't even go to bed upstairs in my own room without having a panic attack and rushing downstairs to sleep on the couch. I can't fall asleep in my own bed. It's sad. I've asked some other people for advice and all they could ask was if "something bad happened in there". The answer is no. I think it's mostly my emetophobia (fear of vomiting) and fear of having more panic attacks there because that's all I think about. I've been sleeping on the couch downstairs for about two weeks. Can anyone help me with falling asleep fast without all this worry in my mind?
