Q: Confused And Need Help

I had a miscarriage but I was only four weeks along. Can I try getting pregnant right away and if so how will I know when my most fertile day is?

I believe you can. Several other ladies on this site have had what is called a chemical pregnancy and they were told that they were very fertile in the following cycle.
