Orgasm is the sexual peak.
For me, it feels like my vagina clenches
then releases a few times. After that, I
am not in the mood anywhere. Everyone
experiences it a bit differently though.
Most of the time nothing comes out of the
clitoris or anywhere else when women
orgasm. Some women do release fluid from
the urethra, but that's very rare.

No liquid ever comes out of your clitoris,
EVER. There is no hole in the clitoris on
ANY woman.
An orgasm is the pinnacle of sexual
excitement.
For women, there are two kinds of orgasm:
1. Clitoral orgasm
~ This kind of orgasm is caused by rubbing
or otherwise stimulating the clitoris.
This is the most common kind of orgasm for
women, and most women can get a clitoral
orgasm.
2. Vaginal orgasm
~This type of orgasm is not common. It is
caused by internal stimulation in the
vagina, by pressing against the "g-spot",
which is on the frontal wall of the
vagina, about 1-2 inches inside.
~This is the type of orgasm that women can
"squirt" from. That's what you referenced
when you asked about water coming from the
clitoris (which again, it can't ever do!).
Stimulating the g-spot can cause a clear,
odorless liquid to be secreted into the
urethra (where pee comes from, after
exiting the bladder). It is held there
until orgasm happens, when - in some women
- it is squirted out of the urethra.
Orgasm feels different for every woman and
every man (men orgasm too!). To me, it
feels like a building pressure and tingly
sensation, and it feels really good, until
I just feel like I'm going to burst, and
then the tingling rushes over the edge and
swooshes through my body.

You worded it better than I did, eiri.
The way I worded it made it sound like
liquid might come out of the clitoris
sometimes. So to clarify, liquid never
comes out of the clitoris. Liquid rarely
comes out of anywhere at all (although the
inside of the vagina is usually wet).
When liquid does come out in the rare
event of female ejaculation, it comes from
the urethra.

I thought pee came out of the vagina.
It's hard to explain an orgasm, but
believe me, you'll know when you have one.
I didn't even know that women could have
orgasms, and one day after learning of it
I tried, didn't know what to expect, and I
just knew that was it. It made me very
happy for the rest of the day lol
