Read the book "What your Dr. WON'T tell you about fibromyalgia" by Dr. Paul St. Amand and Claudia Merick.
It has literally changed my life. What have you got to loose????? I have been on this program for about a year and a half..LOVE IT. Things got worse before they got better, but I am no longer bed ridden.....
